We Offer Financing For All Projects!
The contractor who actually shows up.
Bremerton is a working town. Between the Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, the ferry commute to Seattle, and a mix of historic Craftsman homes in Manette and Anderson Cove alongside newer builds on the east side, homeowners here don't have a lot of patience for a contractor who disappears mid-project. If you've been searching for a general contractor in Bremerton who actually shows up, finishes what they start, and treats your home like it matters, that's the entire reason JCM Construction Inc. exists.
We Are The Highest Rated As Honesty & Integrity Are Our Main Core Values!
Why Bremerton homeowners call JCM first
A lot of Bremerton homes, especially the older Craftsman and mid-century houses near downtown and Manette, come with surprises once the walls open up, outdated wiring, old plumbing runs, foundation quirks from a house that's been standing for 70+ years.
You are the boss of your own home, and you shouldn't have to chase a contractor for answers when something unexpected turns up. With JCM, you get daily updates before work starts and after the crew wraps for the day, so you always know what's done and what's next.
That matters more in Bremerton than in a lot of towns, because between shipyard schedules, ferry commutes, and busy households, nobody has room in their week to babysit a job site.
Before the crew arrives, after they leave.
Every JCM job includes a short update at the start and end of each working day, what's finished, what's next, and anything that needs a decision from you. No chasing, no guessing.
One team, one standard
JCM keeps your project in-house. We don't hand your Bremerton remodel or addition off to a rotating cast of subcontractors and hope it comes together. The only exceptions are electrical and plumbing, and even those go to the same trusted professionals we've worked with for years. Every person who steps into your home is background checked and vetted, because we don't send anyone into your house we wouldn't trust around our own family.
That structure is also why JCM tends to come in more affordable than the competition. When work stays in-house, your money goes toward the actual project instead of a chain of markups between the contractor, the subcontractor, and every middleman in between.
Backed by the Gold Standard Do Not Pay Guarantee
Every JCM project in Bremerton is covered by a written, contractual workmanship guarantee, not a verbal promise. If a covered craftsmanship issue shows up after the work is complete, we come back and fix it without charging you again.
FAQs
We Finish What We Start
Bremerton has its share of half-finished additions and gutted kitchens sitting untouched for weeks while a contractor juggles three other jobs. JCM works your project every business day until it's done. No disappearing acts, no living in a construction zone longer than necessary.
